1. Introduction
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions between Spicy Models Limited ("the Company", "we", "our") and the individual named in your confirmation statement ("the Model", "you"). By joining Spicy Models, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below. Your confirmation statement will act as the formal acceptance of this agreement and will include the start date of your engagement with us.

2. Background
Spicy Models Limited was created by experienced webcammers who have collectively spent years building successful profiles on platforms like AdultWork. We operate differently from a standard agency — offering ongoing support, guidance, and 24/7 assistance to help you succeed as a self-employed model. Our aim is to provide training, advice, and exposure to help you build your earnings, while ensuring you retain full control over your working hours and style.

3. Commencement & Flexibility
* Your engagement with Spicy Models begins on the date stated in your confirmation statement.
* This is a flexible, self-employed role. You may work as much or as little as you like — there are no minimum contractual hours.
* You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving notice via email to hello@spicymodels.co.uk. All earnings owed to you will be paid at the normal payment schedule.
* Models inactive for 30+ days without communication may be removed from our roster, though any owed earnings will still be paid when due.

4. Job Title & Role
Your role is as a self-employed freelance model managed by Spicy Models Limited. You will:
- Operate your AdultWork profile professionally.
- Follow all AdultWork rules and UK laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of Spicy Models guides, training, and resources.
- Represent Spicy Models positively and respectfully.
We will:
- Provide training and support.
- Offer guidance on platform success.
- Handle payment processing through trusted third-party providers.

5. Earnings, Commission & Payments
AdultWork Earnings:
- 1 Credit = £1
- AdultWork deducts 30% of your earnings.
- Spicy Models deducts the agreed commission rate (example: 10%).
- You keep the remainder (example: 60%).
Example: 100 Credits earned = £60 to you, £30 to AdultWork, £10 to Spicy Models.Payment Processing:
- All payouts are made via The Dailypay Service, a trusted third-party with over 18 years' experience.
- Payments are issued daily at around 12PM UK time.
- A £50 minimum payout threshold applies (after deductions). If your available balance is under £50, it will roll over to the next day's payment run.
- Spicy Models is not responsible for banking or payout delays caused by third parties, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

6. Referral Bonus
Refer a friend and earn a £20 bonus once:
- They've joined Spicy Models.
- Signed this agreement.
- Earned at least 200 credits on AdultWork.

7. Conduct & No-Tolerance Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards:
- Bullying, harassment, discrimination, racism, or abuse.
- Sharing confidential agency materials, chats, or strategies outside Spicy Models.
- Recruiting other Spicy Models models for competing agencies without permission.
Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of this agreement.

8. Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest
You agree not to:
- Share any confidential information about Spicy Models, our models, partners, or processes.
- Induce or attempt to induce other Spicy Models models to leave or join competing agencies during your engagement or for 3 years after leaving.

9. Data Protection & GDPR
We take your privacy seriously. Under the UK GDPR:
- Your personal data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised staff.
- Your information will only be used for agency operations such as payments, support, and promotions (with your consent).
- We will never share your details with third parties without your explicit consent.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
- On leaving Spicy Models, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless required by law to retain it.

10. Self-Employment & Tax
- You are self-employed and responsible for declaring your own income and paying taxes in your country of residence.
- We can refer you to adult-industry-friendly accountants if needed.
- By signing this agreement, you release Spicy Models Limited from any liability relating to National Insurance contributions, income tax, or other taxes.

11. Termination & Disciplinary Procedure
- We may terminate this agreement immediately in cases of gross misconduct.
- All other termination is effective immediately upon notice from either party.
- Any complaints or grievances should be raised via email to hello@spicymodels.co.uk and will be handled fairly and confidentially.

12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
